Refund Policy
Toy Life Collectibles (TLC) is dedicated to customer service and we believe in having an honest and upfront return and refund policy. TLC will issue a refund or replacement in case an item is lost during shipment and never received OR the release of a pre-order is cancelled by the manufacturer. To insure customer satisfaction, TLC also inspects all of its products and if they are any issues, we either address the issue prior to listing or mention the issues in the "Condition" section of the item, so please read this section before you purchase your item. We also double box and securely package all items to avoid any damage during shipping. Since we inspect all items before listing and package them carefully before shipping, TLC does not issue refunds or returns on items damaged during shipment. New/Sealed Products: If a product is factory sealed, TLC will only inspect the outer box and not the contents inside the box, unless requested by the customer. TLC will not be responsible for any damaged or lost parts inside the box, if item is sealed and we are unable to inpects it before shipment. If you would like us to open your box and check the item before we ship it to you, please let us know. If we are authorized to open the item, then TLC will
be responsible for replacement or refund in that case.
Opened/Pre-Owned Products: TLC inspects all opened or unsealed products before they are shipped to insure they are not damaged or missing any items. If upon inspection, an item is found to be damaged or incomplete, TLC will report the damaged or incomplete parts in the Condition section.
Pre-Orders: All pre-orders are final unless the manufacturer cancels the release of an item, in which case we will inform the customer and issue a full refund. If an item is sealed, we will not inspect the inside contents, unless specified by the customer.
